WHO WE ARE
Reality Farms Equine Center(RFEC) was developed to appeal to today's horse and rider. We offer complete service in the following areas: horse and/or rider training with in-house top qualified trainer, horse boarding in a first class facility, international horse shipping and sales of quality horses. We welcome horses of any discipline or breed, as well as all AQHA, APHA, NRHA.

Rich Pennington and Julie Urdak are the owners of Reality Farms. Together they have created a business that shows their passion for horses. They put equal effort into the well being of not only the horse, but ALSO the rider/owner. Their clients are catered to with the utmost professionalism and care. They can be easily reached and enthusiastically work to provide the best service.

If you’re wanting to get ready for the show season, let us help you! We have a 180x80 indoor arena. We currently have 42 stalls ready to help you achieve your 2021 show season goals. Get back to work inside-no need to wait on the unpredictable Ohio weather to cooperate. Donny Maynard is our full time trainer here to help you meet your individual goals. We had a very successful show season-english and western-last year and want to help you do the same in 2021. We also have a few very nice horses available to lease in house if you have someone who is learning but needs a great horse and trainer to help them out. Call for more info! The Indoor Arena:
180' x 80' arena with stirrup rails, staging area for horses entering the arena. A beautiful 30' x 14' elavated lounge over looking the arena with bathroom. Sand footing over a clay base treated with RX to eliminate dust. A 70 person bleacher area at center ring, used for various clinics. Sound system in arena and stall area.

The Barn:

Built with aluminum stalls and beautiful varnished tongue and groove lumber.
All stalls have automatic heated stall water systems installed.
The Pastures:
We have 6 turn-out paddocks all with automatic heated water systems. Sizes range from 40' x 100' to 1/2 acre.

Donny growing up has always had a passion for horses. Once he started riding at the age of 14 there was no turning back. Growing up in Morgan county Ohio he did what any kid does with animals and joined a 4-H club and began his showing career. While in the 4-H program, Donny found himself drawn towards both contesting, and hunter over fences. Once his last year of 4-H was upon him he took top ten placing in speed and control during state fair and multiple placing at the local county fair in both disciplines. While staying true to his passion he continued to show around the south eastern Ohio valley area in following years. Gathering knowledge and riding with local trainers and thru trial and error he started gaining a useful knowledge of what the horse industry entails. While in 2010 he had several season wins in Ohio Valley Riding Association Summer Circuit including: 2010 Grand Champion 2ft Hunter Under Saddle

While in 2011 Along with showing at Ohio Valley Riding Association circuit he also showed at Ohio Hunter Jumper Association around the state and numerous hunters over fences schooling shows with appox. 150 placing thru the year, including:
